Kojiro Kaneko

Born in Tokyo, 1961. In 1980, after studying at the Setsu Mode Seminar, Kaneko worked on such designer goods as  Junko Koshino, Dack's, Bill Blass, as well as Seibu Lions character goods.  From 1985, began doing haute couture design, stage costumes(such as the Yoshiyuki Fukuda production of "The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes", starring Akira Takarada), fliers, posters (for the puppet theater group, as well as Masanobu Takashima's Jazz Concert). Kaneko also supervised production of Takashima's Jazz Concert in '94, among other jazz and classical concerts.  From '95,  he has supervised all Reading Session productions.  Kaneko has gained wide recognition for his success in making classic themes compelling to modern audiences.  Second son of Nobuo Kaneko and Yatsuko Tanami.
